2. Service Eligibility

2.1 Our website serves only customers in Singapore. Orders from outside Singapore will be canceled.

3. User Obligations

By using our site, you confirm:
3.1 You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming binding contracts.
3.2 All provided information (e.g., delivery address) is accurate and complete.

4. Contract Formation

4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only upon delivery.
4.2 Stock Issues: If items are unavailable, we may:

Substitute with similar products (with your consent).
Cancel and refund the order (if no substitute exists).

4.3 Delivery Time: Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days (excluding Mondays/Public Holidays) for pre-orders. Delivery T&C for food items please proceed to our delivery site. Delays will be communicated.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices (even after confirmation).
5.2 Payment Methods: Full payment is required at checkout. We accept:

Credit/debit cards (processed securely via [Payment Gateway]).
PayNow, Bank Transfer.
5.3 Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC): All transactions are in SGD. Foreign exchange fees may apply.

6. Refunds & Returns

6.1 Eligibility:

Food Items: Non-perishable/unopened products may be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Retail Products: Unused items in original packaging within 7 days.

6.2 Process:

Notify us within 2 days of delivery for defective/short orders.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
6.3 Non-Refundable: Perishable food, personalized/pre-order items.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Product Quality: We ensure products meet Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is capped at the order value. We are not liable for:

Allergies or dietary restrictions (customers must review product details).
Third-party websites linked from our site.
7.3 Force Majeure: Delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, strikes) do not incur penalties.

8. Data Privacy (PDPA Compliance)

8.1 Personal data is collected per our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to:
